A few useful things to know.
Where do my photos and details go?
Nowhere. The brochure is designed in your browser, so your photos, the listing and your contact details are never uploaded to BrokerCircle. The first time you open the builder it downloads the design engine, about 11 MB. After that your browser keeps a copy and it opens straight away.
Can I make an Arabic brochure?
Yes. Choose العربية as the brochure language and the layout reads right to left, with Arabic labels. You can type the description in either language: each paragraph follows the direction of its own text, and phone numbers and permit numbers stay in the right order.
Which design should I use?
Signature fits a listing on one A4 page, with the main photo, key facts, description, two more photos and your contact details. Editorial opens with a full-page photo and adds a second page for the details, floor plan and up to four more photos. Social post is a square image for WhatsApp status, Instagram and listing groups, downloadable as a PDF or a 1080 × 1080 image.
Should I add the permit number?
Yes. Property adverts in Dubai need a valid advertising permit, and the brochure has a place for its number and the QR code issued with it. Add both before sharing the brochure publicly.
Will it remember my details?
If you leave “Remember my details” ticked, your name, contact details, photo, logo and colour are saved in this browser only, ready for the next brochure. Property details and photos aren’t saved, so keep the PDF you download. Use “Forget my details” to clear them at any time.
