Who is BrokerCircle for?
BrokerCircle is for licensed real estate agents and brokers in the UAE, and for the brokerages they work with. Every member is verified before they can post a listing or contact another agent.
When does the private beta start, and where?
We're starting in Dubai, and the other emirates will follow. We invite agents in small groups so that each group has enough listings and buyers in the same areas from the first day. If you join the waitlist, we'll contact you when your group is ready.
What do I need to join?
You need to be a licensed real estate agent working for a licensed brokerage in the UAE. Every member is verified before they can post a listing or contact another agent.
Your profile shows when your licence expires, and we'll remind you before it runs out.
What is a split agreement?
Before any property or client details are shared, the two agents agree the commission split in the app. The agreement records who is listing and who is bringing the buyer, the percentage going to each brokerage, and when the payment is due. Both agents and both brokerages receive a timestamped copy.
It's a written record of what the two brokerages agreed, and BrokerCircle never collects or holds commission.
Can I share off-market listings without exposing them?
An off-market listing only shows the community, the property type, the number of bedrooms and a price range. It's only visible to agents who have a matching buyer or whom you've invited, and you approve each request. The full details are shared once the split has been agreed.
How much does it cost?
BrokerCircle is free during the beta. Posting, matching, connecting with other agents and split agreements will stay free for verified agents after the beta as well. Later we'll add paid plans for agents and brokerages that want faster alerts and team tools. Paying won't improve where you appear in matches, and we don't take a share of any commission.
What does the AI do?
We use it for routine work in the background. It turns a pasted WhatsApp message into a structured listing for you to check, ranks matches across brokerages and explains why each one fits, groups duplicate listings, and shows where buyer demand is. It doesn't send messages or agree anything on your behalf.
Can my brokerage read my messages?
No. Your brokerage's owner and managers can see your listings, your split agreements and the status of each deal, because the brokerage is a party to every agreement. Your messages stay private unless a deal is formally disputed. Your profile and track record belong to you and move with you if you change brokerage.
