BrokerCircle for brokerages
Your brokerage holds the mandates and is a party to every split agreement your agents make, so you get a clear view of their listings, agreements and deals. Your agents' messages and their personal track record stay with them.
What brokerage admins can see and do
We've drawn a clear line between what belongs to the brokerage and what belongs to the agent. This table sets it out.
| Area | Admins can see | Admins can do | Stays with the agent |
|---|---|---|---|
| Roster | Every agent registered under your ORN | Confirm or decline agents, and remove agents who have left | Nothing |
| Listings and requirements | All of them, including off-market listings | Reassign a post to another agent, or archive it | Writing and editing posts |
| Split agreements | Every agreement and its terms | Set a default split and require approval for anything outside it | Proposing and accepting terms within your rules |
| Deals | Status, agreement PDFs and shared files | Export deals to your CRM as a CSV file | Nothing |
| Commission due | Agreed splits still to be paid, by agent | Mark a payment as received | Nothing |
| Messages | Not visible | Opened for a single deal only if it's formally disputed | The conversation |
| Track record | The agent's public profile | Nothing | Confirmed deals and response times, which move with the agent |
Tools for owners and managers
Faster onboarding
Confirm your roster once and your agents can start using BrokerCircle sooner, with their accounts already linked to your brokerage.
Split rules
Set your brokerage's default split and choose which agreements need your approval, for example any split that gives your side less than 50%.
Commission tracking
See every agreed split that hasn't been paid yet, sorted by agent and status, and mark payments as they come in.
Handovers when agents leave
An agent's open listings and agreements stay with your brokerage, because you hold the mandates. You can reassign them to another agent.
Each brokerage has a verified owner and the managers the owner appoints. Views for team leads will follow after launch.
Become a launch partner
Launch partners bring their agents into the first Dubai group together, so they start with live listings and buyers on the first day. Brokerage tools are free during the beta.
