BrokerCircle is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you join our waitlist or use our services, how we use it, and how to reach us.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your name, work email, role and the emirate you work in. You can also choose to give us your mobile or WhatsApp number, your brokerage, and whether you're open to a feedback call. We record the country your sign-up came from, based on your connection.

How we use your information

We use your information to manage your invite, to contact you about BrokerCircle, and to improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.

Where it is stored

Waitlist sign-ups are stored in a database on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Only the BrokerCircle team can access them.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your details at any time by emailing hello@brokercircle.io.

Data security

We use appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration or destruction.
