How we approach pricing

The core network stays free
Charging for posting or connecting would mean fewer listings and fewer buyers for everyone, so we won't.

No share of commission
Commission is paid between the brokerages. We don't collect it, hold it or take a percentage of it.

Ranking isn't for sale
The order of matches depends only on how well they fit and on agents' track records, whichever plan they're on.
Every feature, including the Pro and Brokerage tools, is free during the beta. Members who join during the beta will receive founding-member pricing when paid plans are introduced.
