What does the AI actually do?
It extracts short, stated facts from the messages. Unsupported excerpts are left blank. You review and edit the details; the tool assembles a brief and suggests questions for anything missing. It does not search live listings or verify a property.
Can I use it without AI?
Yes. Choose “Enter facts manually” and add what you know. Editing, checking, copying, text downloads and printing to PDF do not need AI credits or an email address.
What happens to my information?
Messages and results are held in this browser tab and are not saved to our database. AI extraction sends the message to Cloudflare Workers AI. Common contact formats are removed first; remove names, unit numbers and other confidential details yourself. Daily usage counters expire after two days. Tool analytics record actions, never message contents. Closing or clearing the tool does not delete a file you have already downloaded.
Can I check properties in different countries?
You can enter a community and country in the location field. Budget checks require a supported, explicit currency (AED, USD, EUR, GBP, SAR or QAR) and, for rentals, a matching monthly or annual period. We do not convert currencies, estimate closing costs or certify local regulations. Confirm any local requirements with the relevant professionals.
